ZTBL is currently inviting applications for two major management roles:
Head Liability Business (VP / SVP-I / SVP) — Position: 01 (Islamabad Head Office)
Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP-I / AVP) — Multiple Vacancies across various cities
1. Head Liability Business (VP / SVP-I / SVP)
Qualification & Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university (National or International).
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Banks or Financial Institutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies aligned with the Bank’s overall business plan, along with staff training on sales procurement and implementation.
Formulate innovative liability products and campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments including farmers, SMEs, corporates, retail, and digital customers.
Ensure optimal product pricing, competitive positioning, and profitability of the liability portfolio.
Drive deposit growth across all 501 branches by setting regional and branch-level targets.
Design and roll out marketing, awareness, and customer engagement initiatives to attract low-cost deposits (CASA) and long-term funds.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional depositors, and government bodies.
Leverage digital channels and alternative delivery platforms to enhance deposit mobilization.
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to Regional Business Heads (RBHs) and Branch Managers.
Monitor branch performance and ensure accountability through structured review mechanisms such as MIS, dashboards, and KPIs.
Ensure strict adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards for liability products.
Maintain oversight of deposit pricing, cost of funds, and profitability metrics.
Implement effective risk management practices in liability business operations.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit: 50 years as on the closing date.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university (National or International).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager.
Placement Requirement: Each candidate must specify 3 preferred cities/towns for placement, one of which must be a location where they have been posted in a previous assignment.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for Deposit Mobilization and Agri-credit expansion.
Recovery of Regular and Non-performing loans (NPLs).
Supervising Branch Services and Operations.
Ensuring EKYC and strict Regulatory Compliance.
Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit: 45 years as on the closing date.
