- Cash handling: receive, verify, count and process cash deposits and withdrawals accurately, following the Bank’s procedures and authorization limits.

- Cash availability: keep enough cash for daily transactions, arrange more when required and stay within prescribed cash holding limits.
- Payments and collections: process remittances, utility bills, government receipts and payments, cheques, funds transfers and ATM-related transactions, including cash replenishment where assigned.
- Vault duties: handle the safe custody, sorting, balancing and movement of cash under dual-control and security procedures.
- Records and reconciliation: balance daily cash, match physical cash with system-generated reports, post transactions on time and keep complete documentation.
- Customer service: provide courteous and timely counter service, answer routine queries and refer other matters to the concerned officials.
- Compliance: follow SBP regulations, Bank policies, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements, and Shariah principles where applicable. Report suspicious or unusual transactions promptly.
- Controls and audit: follow operational controls and security procedures, and fix audit observations on time.
- Other tasks: perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor(s).
