After the first merit list, reporting lists may be displayed to fill any vacant seats. Candidates must report through the online portal within the given time. A candidate who fails to do so may lose the right to admission. The notice also says candidates must check merit lists on the university website themselves, because no separate information will be sent.

Self-Finance Seats Explained

Ten seats in each program are reserved on a self-finance basis. This applies to undergraduate and graduate programs, except where an external body or council is involved. A student admitted on a self-finance seat pays PKR 100,000 per year in addition to the normal semester fee. The same admission rules and eligibility criteria still apply.

The notice also states that all MS, MPhil, MSc (Hons) and PhD programs are self-support programs, although their merit lists will be displayed along with the regular programs. Candidates with an MS or MPhil degree obtained without research or thesis are not eligible to apply for PhD programs.
