Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit

For faculty posts, the advertisement says eligibility is as per HEC or PM&DC eligibility criteria. 4. Print the same online form and attach the original paid challan and your documents.
5. Send the complete set by Certified Mail or Courier Service only to the Office of the Director HRM PUMHSW (SBA), within the due date.

The university states that no postal transit delay will be accepted. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted. Write the name of the post clearly on the right corner of the envelope.

• Three recent passport-size photographs
• One set of attested photocopies of education, experience and residential documents, including Domicile/PRC/Form “D” and a valid CNIC

• Copies of research publications, where required
• The original paid bank challan

The set should be a compact binding. Applications on plain paper or with only a CV will not be entertained.

Important Conditions to Read Before Applying

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and canvassing may disqualify a candidate.
• If you apply for more than one post, follow the process separately for each vacancy, with a separate challan fee.
• Government, semi-government and autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel with a Departmental Permission (NOC). An advance copy of the application must also reach the university by the due date. Without a NOC, candidates will not be eligible to appear before the Selection Board.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further assessment by the Selection Board.
