2. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (Aham Hidayat)

2. Candidates will apply online on our website www.mes.gov.pk. Candidates will be called for screening (written) / Skill (practical) test at only specified cities i.e Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta (these stations may be reduced / enhanced keeping in view the number of applicants). Candidates must specify exam center in their online application form.

3. An objective type screening test will be held for the post of Lower Division Clerk, out of Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General/ IT Knowledge and Subject relevant to post along with typing test of shortlisted LDCs. Skill / practical test will also be conducted for the post of Civil/MT Driver.

4. Paper checking for the post of LDC will be carried out through Optical Mark Reader (OMR) machine. Candidates are instructed to get themselves well conversant with the procedure.

5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before final selection.

6. Non-Muslims must provide their declaration, on oath, at the time of interview as well as at the time of joining, if applicable.

7. Govt Servants including MES staff must apply through online job portal and forward their NOC through department, showing their present service number (if any), rank and place of duty.

• 8. Applicants of BPS-11 will deposit Rs. 1000/- (fee) through online generated Challan Form in all branches of Askari Bank & Easypaisa by 26 June 2026.

• Note: Bank Drafts / Postal Orders will not be accepted at all.

3. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit (Umar Me Riayat)

Age of candidates will be calculated with effect from closing date of receipt of applications i.e 21 June 2026. Iske ilawa darj-zail categories ke mutabiq mazeed upper age limit relaxation di jayegi:

• a. Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community & Tribal Areas: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan for all posts under the Federal Government – 3 Years.

• b. Regional Quota (Sindh Rural & Balochistan): Candidates belonging to Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Govt – 3 Years.

• c. Armed Forces Personnel: Released or Retired Officers / personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan – 15 Years or the number of years actually served in Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.

• d. Government Servants: Govt servants and contract employees who have completed 2 years continuous Govt service on the closing date for receipt of applications – 10 Years.

• e. Disabled Persons: Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS 15 and below – 10 Years.

• f. Deceased Civil Servant’s Family: Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service – 5 Years.

• Note: Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified above, he shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.

4. Required Documents at Interview (Zaroori Documents)

Candidates will have to produce following documents in original and attested photocopies at the time of interview:

a. 3 x Latest passport size photographs.

b. Attested photocopy of educational qualification.

c. Attested copy of CNIC.

d. Domicile duly verified from concerned district.

e. Experience Certificates (if applicable).

f. Attested copy discharge certificate DASB (for candidate himself from Army) / svc cert / NOC from concerned office (for serving candidates in MES / other Govt department).

g. Declaration on oath from Non-Muslim candidate duly verified from Magistrate Grade-I.

h. Disability certificate showing nature of disability issued by District Rehabilitation Organizations OR District Council of Health.

5. Terms & Conditions

12. Appointing authority reserves the right to accept or reject any / all applications without indicating any reason.

13. All communication will be made through the valid active contact number (mobile number). Call letters for test / interview will only be placed on our official website i.e www.mes.gov.pk. Candidates are required to keep visiting the website.

14. If any of the documents / information found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the particular candidate will stand cancelled. Even in case of his / her selection, such fake documents whenever found, will lead to appropriate disciplinary action/ criminal proceedings against such person.

• 15. Last Date: Last date for online submission of applications is 21 June 2026.

• 16. TA / DA: No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in Test / Interview.
