Position Overview:
Role: Deputy General Manager (HR)
Location: Karachi (Non-transferable)
Tenure: Three (03) years contract, extendable based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 16 years of education with an MBA/MPA (HRM), preferably majoring in HR, Finance, Management, or Computer from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in HR Management.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years at the time of publication.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment, talent development, and fostering a productive work environment.
Ensuring regulatory compliance, aligning HR activities with organizational goals, and implementing Digital HRMS.
Handling grievance management, code of conduct, and maintaining HR compliance and audits.
Overseeing performance management, succession planning, and workforce rationalization.
