Registration Schedule

Online Registration Dates

• 15 December 2025 to 15 March 2026

• Registration is Online Only

• Registration available including Saturday and Sunday

Preliminary Tests

• 20 March 2026 to 20 April 2026

• Tests will not be conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Nationality Criteria

• Citizens of Pakistan

• Domicile holders of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan

• Candidates with dual nationality must surrender other nationalities upon final selection

Eligibility Criteria of Pakistan Army Technical Cadet Course 2026

Age Limit

• 17 to 21 Years as on 01 September 2026

• 3 months age relaxation in upper and lower age limits

Educational Qualification

Matric / O Level

• Science subjects with minimum 60% marks

• For O Level: English compulsory in five subjects

FSc / A Level

• FSc (Pre-Engineering) with minimum 65% marks (including 20 NCC marks)

• A Level in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (Grades A-C / 1-6)

• Candidates with Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science/Computer Studies can apply for all engineering programs

• Candidates awaiting result can apply with Hope Certificate (65% issued by institution head)

• Final result must be submitted within one week of board result announcement

• Candidates scoring less than 65% will be declared ineligible

Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will NOT be eligible if they:

• Are twice rejected/screened out by ISSB or Armed Forces Selection Boards

• Were dismissed or removed from Government or Armed Forces service

• Withdrawn from Armed Forces institutions on disciplinary grounds

• Convicted in any court of law

• Declared permanently medically unfit by Appeal Medical Board

• Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B or C

• Are diploma holders

• Are currently studying in Armed Forces institutions

• Appeared in ISSB within last 120 days (unless waiver granted)

Registration and Preliminary Selection Process

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates must apply online through:

After registration:

• Exam slip will be generated within 5–7 working days

• Download roll number slip from website

• Report on exact date and time mentioned

Date once assigned will not be changed.

Step 2: Fee Submission

• Deposit fee in NBP GHQ Branch

• IBAN: PK46NBPA0330004256466227

• Account Title: Registration and Examination Fee Personnel Administration Directorate

• Bring fee deposit slip on test day

Step 3: Preliminary Tests

Intelligence Test

Candidates must pass intelligence test first.

Academic Test

MCQs from:

• English

• Physics

• Mathematics

• Chemistry / Computer Science (for CS students)

Physical Test Requirements

• 1 Km Run – 8 minutes

• Push Ups – 15 repetitions

• Sit Ups – 15 repetitions

Initial Medical Test

Conducted at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs).

Further Selection Procedure

ISSB Test of Pakistan Army Technical Cadet Course 2026

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for ISSB

• Call letters issued via website and post

Medical Examination

• ISSB recommended candidates undergo medical at CMH

Final Selection

• Final merit prepared at GHQ

• Discipline allocation based on merit and choice

• GHQ decision will be final

• Equivalence certificate (for O/A Level from IBCC)

• Domicile certificate

• Family Registration Certificate

• NADRA verification certificate

• CNIC or Form B (with father’s CNIC if under 18)

• 3 attested passport size photographs

• ISSB “Not Recommended” letter (for repeaters only)

Bond Requirement

Selected cadets must sign a bond to serve Pakistan Army for minimum 13 years on Rs. 100 E-Stamp paper, attested by Magistrate/Notary Public/Oath Commissioner.
