The CM Punjab Qarza Scheme (also known as the Asaan Karobar Program) is an initiative by CM Maryam Nawaz to provide interest-free loans ranging from Rs. 1 million to Rs. 30 million to help youth and small business owners start or expand their ventures in Punjab.
