Job Description and Nature of Work

The role of a Compliance Monitor is field-intensive and focused on data accuracy to support the “Benazir Taleemi Wazaif” program.

Key Responsibilities

  • School Visits: Monitors must visit designated schools every quarter to collect attendance compliance data.

  • Digital Data Entry: Using an Android application, monitors perform real-time data entry and conduct interviews.

  • Contract Terms: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of one year.

Vacancies and District Distribution

A total of 90 vacancies are available, divided into two main categories:

Category-I: Field-Based Posts (84 Vacancies)

  • Punjab (24 Posts): Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and more.

  • Sindh (25 Posts): Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, and Tharparkar.

  • KPK (13 Posts): Peshawar, D.I. Khan, Bannu, and North Waziristan.

  • Balochistan (10 Posts): Gwadar, Pishin, Lasbella, and Sibbi.

  • AJK & GB: Positions in Bhimber, Neelum, Poonch, and Hunza.

Category-II: Office-Based Work (06 Vacancies)

  • These 6 posts are reserved for the Islamabad Headquarters (HQ) and are filled on an open merit basis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 14 years of education (Graduation), preferably in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data collection, interviewing, and data entry.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old by the application deadline.

  • Driving License: A Valid Motorcycle Driving License is mandatory for Category-I posts (Learner/Expired licenses are NOT accepted).
