Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements

1. Mechanical Engineer
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institute or university).
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
2. Contracts Engineer
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institute).
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in contract administration on infrastructure projects, management and knowledge of FIDIC contracts, public sector procurement, and contract law.
Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
3. Chief Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Required Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering OR Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience Required:
For BSc Civil Engineering graduates: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying.
For DAE Civil holders: Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying.
Professional Registration: BSc Civil Engineers must be registered with PEC.
4. Draftsman
Required Qualification: 03 years’ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institute.
Experience Required: At least 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience in drafting and architectural design.
Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate with proficient hands-on experience in Auto-CAD or other related 2D/3D design applications.
