Step 4: Payment Through ATM, Internet Banking or Bank Branch

Applicants may also use an ATM, internet banking facility, or an over-the-counter (OTC) payment facility available through participating 1Link member banks. Select the relevant 1Bill payment option and enter the PSID to process the fee.

Step 5: Complete and Submit the Application
