General Instructions:
Applications may be submitted online through the Punjab Government Job Portal at https://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk or sent via courier service, along with a covering letter containing a CV, CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, so as to reach the office of the Section Officer (Development), Government of the Punjab, I&C Wing, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore, by the specified deadline.
In case of other relevant degrees, the equivalence certificate issued by the HEC / Competent Forum will be provided by the candidate.
The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization.
Failure in forwarding applications either by portal or courier service within the prescribed time limit shall stand rejected forthwith.
Only relevant and post qualification experience shall be considered; however, internship / training period will not be considered as an experience.
Applications submitted online or by courier must be received by May 05, 2026 before the office closing time (5:00 PM).
All applications submitted by courier should clearly indicate the name of post applied on the upper right corner of the envelope / application, otherwise application would not be considered.
Separate form and envelope should be used for each post in case of a candidate opting to apply for two or more posts.
In-service candidates must ensure, while applying for a particular post, that they have obtained or applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned department(s), and must provide it at the time of interview (if called).
Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
